Follow the tapping instructions carefully. Be sure to focus on your goal and the negative emotions or beliefs as you tap. Be patient and consistent.

EFT tapping can be very effective, but it takes time and practice to see results.

Here is a simple EFT tapping script for reducing anxiety:

Set up. Take a few deep breaths and close your eyes.

Identify the problem. What is making you feel anxious?

Rate the intensity. On a scale of 0 to 10, how intense is your anxiety?

Tap. Start by tapping on the top of your head and say, "Even though I feel anxious, I love and accept myself completely."

Continue tapping. Tap on the following meridian points while saying the corresponding affirmation:

Eyebrow point: "I am safe."

Side of the eye point: "I am calm."

Under the eye point: "I am relaxed."

Nose point: "I am worthy of love and happiness."

Chin point: "I am at peace."

Collarbone point: "I let go of my anxiety."

Underarm point: "I am in control of my emotions."

Top of the head point: "I am grateful for all the good in my life."

Rate the intensity again.

How intense is your anxiety now?

Repeat steps 4-6 until your anxiety is reduced or gone.
